Faulkner Parkway is now open!
Faulkner Parkway is a four-lane paved road that connects Ashburn Road to Broadlands Boulevard. The right hand lane on Ashburn Road (from Ashburn Farm Parkway) becomes a right-turn only lane onto Faulkner Parkway. (Before Shellhorn Road) Then, St. Theresa Lane is the third street on the right.

From the Dulles Greenway:
Use Exit 5, Claiborne Parkway Turn South on Claiborne Parkway (Towards Broadlands) Turn Left (East) on Broadlands Boulevard (the first traffic signal) and St. Theresa's will be the 2nd left after the Safeway and Chevy Chase Bank.

From Route 7 & Claiborne Parkway:
Take Claiborne Parkway south for several miles and pass under the Dulles Greenway. Turn Left at the next signal onto Broadlands Boulevard, and St. Theresa's will be the second left after the Safeway and Chevy Chase Bank.

From Route 28 & Waxpool Road:
Go west on Waxpool Road for about 6 miles (Do not turn off when 625 turns left. The road's name changes to Farmwell Road then Ashburn Farm Pkwy) The fourth traffic signal after 625 splits off will be Claiborne Pkwy. Take a left onto Claiborne Pkwy, (go underneath the Dulles Greenway), Turn Left onto Broadlands Blvd (the first traffic signal), and St. Theresa's will be the 2nd Left after the Safeway and Chevy Chase Bank.Alternate

From Route 28 & Waxpool Road:
Go west on Waxpool Road and turn Left when 625 points left (opposite the Ashburn Ice House). Stay in the right lane, and proceed straight across the intersection with a 4-way stop at Ashburn Village Boulevard. Keep right, this will turn into Faulkner Parkway. Proceed straight at the next intersection (Ashburn Road) with a Stop sign. Please be aware that traffic on Ashburn Road does not stop. Then, St. Theresa Lane is the third street on the right.
